What is Holistic Tutoring?
Holistic tutoring is set up like a traditional tutor session but goes deeper—combining academic rigor with personalized support that nurtures your child’s emotional and social growth. Lessons are tailored to their unique learning style, strengths, and needs, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and resilience along the way.
Who do you work with?
We primarily work with United States based students ages 8 to 14. This is a key developmental window where confidence, independence, and identity take root. International students are considered on a case-by-case basis
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All sessions are virtual. With thoughtfully chosen tools and an engaging structure, virtual sessions are highly interactive and just as impactful as in-person tutoring. And, your child can learn from anywhere in the world or right from home.
What do you offer?
Rigorous instruction in math and science across grades 3–9
Test prep for ISEE, SSAT, and SHSAT with tailored strategies and pacing
English language support for grammar, pronunciation, and effective communication
Case-by-case reading and writing support focused on skill-building and refinement
What is your pricing?
Rates range from $150–$200 per 60-minute session, depending on the subject, frequency, and length of commitment. All sessions are paid in advance. We aim for transparent pricing so you can make the best decision for your family with confidence.
Do you offer tutoring programs for homeschoolers?
Yes, we work closely with homeschooling families to create personalized learning plans tailored to your child’s needs and goals. Schedule a consultation to explore the best fit for your family.
What is included in every lesson?
Each session includes personalized lesson planning, engaging instruction in core subjects, integrated mindset coaching, and ongoing parent support with regular progress updates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions are reserved and prepared in advance. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations are charged in full (exceptions for emergencies). Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe, with flexibility when needed.
Can we do a trial session?
Yes! Start by scheduling a free consultation so we can discuss your child’s needs and make sure we’re a great fit. From there, we can book a one-time session before committing to a full plan.
